Chef JP has a rich background in cooking, influenced greatly by his upbringing and his mother's teachings. Growing up in Gary, Indiana, he developed a passion for food at an early age, learning valuable culinary skills from his mother in the kitchen. His journey led him to attend Le Cordon Bleu in 2006, where he graduated as the top chef of his class.


Now based in Orlando, Florida, Chef JP brings his expertise and love for cooking to his customers' homes and lives. He finds joy in feeding people and cherishes the smiles and compliments he receives in return. With a background in powerlifting and a deep understanding of nutrition instilled by his mother, Chef JP emphasizes the importance of good food for both physical and emotional well-being.


Despite the challenges and hardships, Chef JP remains dedicated to his craft, driven by the memory of his mother and the lessons she taught him. His ultimate goal is to make life easier for those who may not have the time or knowledge to cook, whether it's for a special occasion or a casual night at home.


Looking ahead, Chef JP dreams of opening a sports bar—a place where people can come together to enjoy great food, watch their favorite games or fights, and unwind in a relaxed atmosphere. With his unique flavors and culinary expertise, Chef JP is committed to providing memorable dining experiences and looks forward to serving his customers with passion and dedication.
